My Fifth and Sixth day...




Yesterday was my fifth day. But, since I am working out every alternate day yesterday was a rest day. I just did basic warmup exercises.

Today got up at 5:40AM did some warmup like streching and jumping. Then, did the treadmill for 11.30 minutes at speeds from 4-8KMph. I could cover 1.1KM during this time. I alternated between 1minute walk and 1minute jog. It was a workout I am proud of :)

I will be joining for yoga from this weekend. So, hope to workout and run on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Saturday and Sunday yoga. And, Monday and friday basic warmup exercises.
