Today I got up at 5:45AM! 15 minutes later than scheduled but better..atleasy I got up!
I decided to work out at home only. I did some normal stretch and simple push ups. Then ran for 10:30 minutes on the treadmill. Covered only 0.5KMs and burned 10calories but it was worth it! Felt refreshed and happy on achieving it!
WIll continue from tomorrow. Wish me luck :)
